Trainer

Don holds a Bachelor of Education with Honours, Master of Business Administration, Master of Education, Post Graduate Diploma in Health Promotion and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) and has over 25 years of experience nationally and internationally in the education, health, sport and recreation industry and vocational education and training sectors. 

Don is a vocational education and training expert and one of Australia’s leading consultants in competency based training and has been a principal author for the National Sports Industry Training Package. He also has had high level representation on Vocational education and Training national industry skills council and state-based industry advisory boards. 

Don has well developed business acumen with leadership and management experience in Commonwealth and State Governments, and national organisations in health, sport and business. In addition, he has conducted consultancy services in management, health, education and training, public policy, strategic development and business planning. More recently, he was the Learning and Development Manager with aged care provider, Uniting.
